Niko's Black list

Here are the rules, PM me if you are interested in a mission. Your sealed mission envelope in RP will arrive by mail or by text message, as soon as you read it, the message will dissolve if by mail in 60 seconds after being exposed to fresh air, and the text message will delete itself after marked "read" by the phone. Anyone can apply but there will be instances of them killing their own race's members for the sake of money. As such, the only exception to this rule are the Bounts as they will never be the target except in extremely rare instances. Eventually if trusted enough, the assassin will become Nikolaus's direct contact through phone and no more mail will be required.
