Looks:Pure Black--->Looks like a Ball of Darkness..

Effect:This particular Cero does the exact opposite of a Flash Gernade,actaully destroying light.The Cero will act like normal at first---firing at high speeds like any normal cero,going at the target.After making contact,the Shadows that it is composed of will fill the area,fracturing their vision just like a Flash Gernade would do by blinding lights[The Darkness fracturing their vision by lack of light].This would in terms harm the opponent in both ways:Damaging their body structure;and keeping them blind.

Example:------>Similar to that picture,except the size of a Cero;being pure black

100 - 199 = 9 posts
200 - 299 = 8 posts
300 - 399 = 7 posts
400 - 499 = 6 posts
500 - 599 = 5 posts
600 - 699 = 4 posts
from 700 your recharge time will always be 3 posts
