Kion Tatsu no Rensa

Name: Kion Tatsu no Rensa

Looks: It takes a form of 2 chain braclets, one on her right ankle, it has a stone pendant of a light blue color. The other one on her left arm. (its like its sealed form, think of it like orihime's pendants)
When in combat it changes its shape slightly and the braclet on her arm sprouts out chains. her hair turns a more crimsion color when she changes to a warmer temperature, and more of a platnium blonde when using cold, although she uses hot more


Ability: Her ability allows her to freely control her temerature. although the duration doesnt last for that long. She has to revert back to her normal temerature. She cant change her temperature to either be extremely hot or extremely cold, then revert back to her normal temperature with out any internal or external harm she tends to heat her body up insted of cooliing it, because when she cools her body her muscle stiffen and sometimes she finds it hard to breath. She can also forms chains from her braclet on her left shoulder, These chains wont melt or crack when ever she changes her temperature. These chains can form two blades, the chains connect to the hilts of each blade.

Envolved Ability: Remedy can control the tempature around her in a 12 meter radius. Her reiatsu mainly makes up this little feild around her making it hot enough to burn her opponants skin or feeze and stiffen their muscles. a faint color can be seen inside the 12 meter radius, either cyan or crimsion, depending on the temperature she uses. Also, reatsu based attacks will do little damage to her as they incinerate in the reitsu feild surrounding her. but the feild shrinks around her as the time passes by and depends on how much energy she usues. If she has her blades out can break apart the blades like they were chained linked together. she can control the shards freely in her reiatsu feild as well

techniques

Chained heart- Remi can change the two swords attached to the chains into more chains. She then makes all the chains go after her target and if the chains stab her target in the chest they will attach themselves to their target and will pull her target to a closer distence. four chains attach themselves to her target. the target is bound for four posts, each time a post passes by a chain breaks. can be used 2 times in battle theres a 6 post cooldown


Flaming protection- remedy can heat her body all over, making it super duper hott, hotter then she can make without this tech!! however her skin *and whats shes wearing >.<* will not burn away. Remi will remain in this super hot temperature for 3 posts. Her target will be badly burned if they make direct contact with her. This tech strains her body and can be used only twice in battle. theres a 5 post cool down

Two blades one purpose- one of her blades become very hot and a small flame emmits from the blade, which burns her target when they are cut. while the other blade becomes very cold and freezes the area of her targets skin for 2 posts and makes it hard to move the joint she cuts until the effects wear off
cant be used 2 times in battle and the duration is 5 posts, theres a 3 post cooldown

Approved, but just to note the 6 post cool down to your chained Heart tech doesn't start until the last of the 4 chains breaks. Since it is essentially a technique which binds someone for 4 turns in some way.

If not all 4 chains connect, the cool down will begin when the chains which do connect eventually break.
