Name: Estupefacto ( in english it means to stupify, or thunderstruck)

Manifestation: A small looking boy who is not as mean as most hollows instead he is just annoying as the annoying boy you knew growing up and will tease Flow.

Hollow Mask Appearance: Remeber Bionicle, well imagine a Miru Nuva exept white. Also Flow is engulfed in a sliver reaitsu

Unique Ability: Estupfacto special ability is the storage and usage of kinetic energy as speed and in some forms electricity. Every turn Flow has this mask on his speed increases by 10% and each turn this happens. The reason is thus whenever we move whatever enrgy used to move is almost completly lost, but with this mask Flow can retain 10% percent of it to increase his speed. As he gains speed, electricity starts fusing with his reaitsu causing a increased damage from attacks. It can travel through metal though it takes a lot of turns for this type of damage to become a serious threat.

Estupefacto Cero. Flow puts all of the speed he has gained and electricity into this attack, it can be fired in conjuntion with another attack to increase its speed, and strength. The cero has the same speed Flow had before he used this technique. If used, all speed gained by this maskFlow has gained is lost, and the mask breaks and can not be used until the appropiate cooldown time.



Limit:
2 turns use/ 5 turns cooldown.

So for two turns... you get 20% speed increase...

Well to be honest to clarify in two turns if my speed was 10 miles per hour ( which its not)

10+ one tenth of ten, which is one is is 11

11+one tenth of eleven which is 1.1 is 12.1

and so forth so yah thats the power.
