Level: shikai

Sealed Zanpaktou: it has a cyan wrapping and The hilt guard looks similar to rangikus'. It is a short sword though. can't say else much about it >_>

Shikai: In it's shikai The blade takes on a redish, tongue looking form with scales on it and a nasty slippery liquid eminating slowly off of it like saliva.

Shikai Ability:it is able to pierce alot of surfaces including stones and is unbreakable by the hands of a shikai state or unreleased attacks. The saliva eminating off of it is a poison which intensifies the pain of the cut The toungue has placed on the body times ten making it unignorable and unbearable. It may also cut with its sides and not the point of the tounge while the hilt remains normal. The scales are able to deflect Reiatsu type of attacks, But not extremely powerful ones like the cero and kido above 30 unless incantation is used which would make it above 20.

Hyrigoku Can be used as a Second life for Tedesa By exchanging Life support implants with eachother So they can swap Body's, He always looks like a human even in Soul Society With a Snow bird Always flying around him which is able to Explode And regenerate at will (the explosian isn't an impact that hurts you that will be explained on hte next tech)
Duration and or Cooldown: Hyrigoku is always around But since He is More of an item then a companion i felt this should be placed in Techs

Effect: A snow bird which Hyrigoku Can speak to directly using it as a scount and a sensory type of weapon For assassination type of battles. When commanded This bird can explode and let loose tiny Microscopic Parasites that enter the Body through the sweat glanse or Through The lungs and Exerts itself throughout The body attaching itself to your optic nerves and Sends electrical signals Throughout those Nerves To dull your sight And making it extremely blurry
Duration or Cooldown: The Cool down for the parasite descease is 5 posts till it takes effect after the explosion and if you are within 5 meters of the snow bird But for arrancars it takes 8 posts.

Auto hit? Its dodgable by staying away from it And The auto kill is understandable If i Were to Make it so That It makes vision Blurry instead of all that skin dissolving jazz?
