Soul Absorption

Shinigami: By successfully absorbing a soul of the Shinigami race, the Elite Bountou of which had harmed the victim is able to gain one of three special abilities unique to the Shinigami. If you wish to gain an ability, it must be from a captain-level Shinigami or the captain commander.

1st off: One of the unique abilities you may choose from the soul is gaining Kidou. You don't get all of the Shinigami's Kidou spells, you only gain one. Also, you can only choose up to Kidou number 58.

2nd: Another unique ability you can choose is one of the captain's Shikai-level techniques. The technique can be used as long as it's your element. Also, to use the technique you require the captain's Zanpaktou. If you obtain a Captain Commander level Zanpaktou, the technique is only your level. Due to this, all techniques that require a massive amount of power that is Captain Commander level cannot be used.

3rd: The last power from the Shinigami race you can obtain is Shunpo. By using Shunpo, you gain a high amount of speed, although, you are only YOUR level's speed. This means, if you get the Shunpo master's soul or the Captain Commander's, you don't have super speed.

Vaizard: Upon consuming a Vaizard's soul after they can no longer continue a battle, you can only gain one ability. This ability is there mask of which shall be on your Bountou's doll or your Bounto. There is nothing truly special that you obtain, your doll or Bounto simply gains the speed boost and strength boost of a Vaizard.

Espada: By absorbing an Espada's soul, you may gain one of two abilities. The abilities specifically stated shall be posted below.

1st off: A power that a Bountou can obtain is the ability to shoot a Cero. The Cero can be shot from the Bountou or the doll. From the doll, the Cero is shot from the entire body but the beam would be in the shape of the doll.

2nd: The second and last ability that can be used from the Arrancar race is Hierro. Hierro will be placed on the doll or Bounto and is quite strong depending on the level of the Bountou.

Quincy and Humans: You get nothing, only a snack if you're bored.

Note: You can only gain three abilities, this isn't for each race, you only get to have three abilities in all. For example, you could have all of the Shinigami's power's or you could one from each race.
