Rules for Going Elite:
1. 100 points minimum, the more the better but that is the base you MUST have.
2. RP samples are a requirement to apply, PM them to the current Capo Supremo for review.
3. To get a rank that is already taken you must challenge the higher ranking person.
4. NO RANK JUMPING!!!!!!!
5. Lack of activity will result in demotion.
6. Ranks are not permanent and therefore are able to be taken away or given at the digression of the Capo Supremo.
7. There are other rules not stated directly but are implied and they are to be followed just as much as the other rules here.
