3) Why do you want to become a staff member? To help out around the site and get it on it's feet. Patch some holes, dig some ditches, build some bridges ect ect. I want to help this site become the best it can while being fair to all

4) Why do you think you'll make a good staff member? I've got years of experience both rping in bleach and doing staff positions and have literally studied bleach in it's entirety, there is little I dont know about it. I reference directly to the manga and anime when making decisions and make sure I know what I'm talking about before I make a ruling. I am always willing to listen to a members worries or complaints and do my best to be a mod/admin of the people and usually only go against their will if I feel it is ultimately for the best. I'm also a pretty fresh face around here and am currently unbaiased towards any of the members and doubt I would ever be inclined to practice favoritism to anyone in the future
