Bounts and allies order of operation!

OK, here's the lowdown Bounts and Allies, we have organized ourselves into four teams with four different structures and objectives. Let's get some fights going and lets get some Shinigami hittin' the ground!... or not. I have assigned certain people to certain places and they are as followed:

Team Kaisen(チームバトル)

Objective: Elites spot only. The objective of this team is for them to be on the frontlines. These members are the ones who post. A few members are already there and the others I have just assigned. I would like these members to quickly get to the frontlines and attack.

Team Senpuku(チーム待ち伏せ)

Objective: This is ensued for lower Elite ranks and low ranks. These spots need to be snagged by regular arrancar, regular viz or regular bount! The order of this group is to assist the Frontlines to help them take down someone or to round into groups[highly recommended] and take down a high elite.

Team Benso(チームディフェンス)

Objective: We need some more Elites and a few lower to sign up. The objective of this team is to defend the lovely Las noches from destruction or harm or invasion.

Team Tei(チームスパイ)

Objective: We need some mid to high ranked elites for this one. The objective of this for two to spy on the defenders and for three to spy on the soul society residents. If there is a traitor in Las noches they attack. If there are plans for an attack on Las noches from the S.S. they let the lead defender Boshoku know.
