Incantation: bless thy heavens with grace and power, destroy all cruel and evil in thou nature, and forgive sins thou have made, Istairo #60!

Effect: A beam of light is shot from Watersoul's finger. When the beam of light hits the enemy, the light suddenly burst and will shine through their eyes and it will send messages to the brain telling it to temprarily turn off the opponents vision... or basically blind them. Even if the beam is blocked, once it is touched by another attack or the opponent, it will explode and blind the opponent considering where the opponent is. If the opponent is too far away, then no. If that doesn't work, the light burst would be used just as a distraction. Not to mention that the opponent can close their eyes turning off the second part of the technique too. So basically this kido needs to be pulled off at the right second and right time.
