Name: Thunder god

Looks: Sparks begin to appear around Buki, eventualy they are more vissable as a fight goes on they don't really hurt an opponent there just there as a way for Buki to use his power.

Ability: He can control thunder that appears around his body he can fire it and then control the direction as in which it goes or he can simply blast it out in on devistating attck. He has recently learned how to increase his speed.

Techniques:

Thunder bolt(s): Haruo fires bolts of thunder from his hands he can change there direction three times before they just shoot in one direction. He can fire up to ten at once (as many fingers as he has) these arn't much in power however there speed and percing makes up for being weak.
He can use as much as his body can handel which is fifty before he gets exghusted.

Thunder step: Haruo developted this move when he noticed some shinigami using shunpo, he concentates resitue to his feet and moves at an amzing speed.

Thunder release: He fires thunder out his body the range is 3 feet in all directions, this is his most dangeous tech since it will damge his body if he uses over 2 times he could actualy paralize one of his limbs by accitend if he goes over the limit.
He gets exghuested for a short time after use.

He can fire thunder from himself and control it or he can use the thunder to give him self more speed and power.
