Ability: He can fire eltricity from himself and control it or he can use the thunder to give him self more speed and power.

Techniques:

Thunder bolt: Simply fires a bolt of thunder at a target he can fire 10 at max in one attack, he control them so they are moving around rather than just moving in a striaght line, if he over uses this power he will damge his body.

Thunder step: This is his version of shunpo he concentates resitue to his feet and moves at an amzing speed.

Thunder release: He fires thunder out his body the range is 3 feet in all directions, this is his most dangeous tech since it will damge his body if he uses over 2 times he could actualy paralize one of his limbs by accitend if he goes over the limit
